What it’s like in the chair with Amanda - I enjoy the service aspect of the beauty industry. When you are in my chair, I am there to give you a wonderful hair experience from start to finish.

Styles - Up-do’s and formal styles are a true passion because it’s something I can create that no one else can, and it’s not something that can be done at home. Every up-do is a work of art, and they are changing in the sense that women can wear them for daily wear and in more casual settings—not always so put together.
What it’s like in the chair with Trish - I like providing a place where guests can feel heard, get what they want with their hair, and not feel pushed into getting something too trendy if they aren’t ready to go there. I believe styling completes the look and shows off the cut and color, and the looks you can create with styles are never ending. A style can completely change a woman’s entire look. I believe every woman is beautiful at every age and enjoy creating stunning hair on a more mature population.
Industry Passions - Brazilian Blowout Fanatic. I love the instant results of being able to give guests the hair they always wanted, to see their hair change from wavy to straight or just give them a different texture. I enjoy blowouts in general and knowing the different approaches to different types of hair textures.
Color - Passionate about reds and brunettes, it’s not just quickly applying one color all over, there are so many tones of brunettes, and achieving those tones takes just as much finesse as creating blondes.
Cut - In love with cutting, especially dry cutting because you can see exactly where the hair falls. Ultimate goal with every guest is to achieve the look they want without them having to spend a lot of time styling at home.
What it’s like in Katia’s chair - Look for the girl with the pink gloves and glitter all over her! Since I was a kid, I’ve always liked to look different and unique with my clothes and the way I put them together. I’m not afraid to look different and create my own fashion trends. I like to make our guests feel comfortable in a non-judgemental environment. My favorite thing to hear is “This is exactly what I wanted!”

Industry Passions - Love it ALL, but especially that it’s always changing and there’s always something new to learn.
Cuts - Love mid-length to long haircuts because they are very versatile. You can create movement, remove weight, or give the illusion of density. Nothing cookie cutter. Every cut should be customized to the individual. Enjoy precision work on bobs.
Color - All things blonde from snow white to dark blondes and educating guests on what shade of blonde is going to best compliment their skin tone. Love blending grey with highlights and lowlights to create dimension.
What it’s like in the chair with Cristian - I believe the color and cut play off each other so it’s important to have both. I enjoy working with someone’s natural hair color and creating the look that is going to work best for them while keeping their hair healthy. Knowing that someone likes a look doesn’t necessarily mean it’s right for them so I will have that honest conversation. We will then take the image and personalize it to where not only will it compliment them but fit their lifestyle and desired maintenance level. I also educate my guests to use product with a purpose and customize product recipes just for them. It’s also always a plus to have a guest that comes in speaking spanish so I can connect with them culturally and make them feel heard and understood.
Industry passions - I have such a fire in me to always
keep learning whether it’s hands on, classes, videos, or even just
shadowing my talented team! Social media is so huge these days, and I
have such a love for creating content for our Clique Instagram. Nothing
makes me happier than when someone brings in our pics for their inspo!
Cut- Whether it be huge chops or tiny but
mighty cuts, my main goal is helping my guest achieve a cut that remains
easy to recreate at home. I love the trendy cuts, texture, or face
frame...anything that will just refresh your natural look!
Color - Dimensional brunettes are my fav! As a
brunette girl myself, I know how drab it can be. I love spicing it up
with some pops so you can feel confident in that beautiful crown you
were born with. Effortless blondes are my go to, love the natural root
and money pieces around the face to compliment the guest’s skin tone!
I’m your go to girl for anything that’s a challenge. I’m obsessed with
total transformations that leave you wondering if its your hair!
What it’s like in the chair with Peyton-
I love switching things up for our guests even if it means doing
something a little different every time so they never get bored! I am
passionate about achieving hair that will have guests taking selfies for
days and getting compliments everywhere they go!
Industry passion- Extensions all day!
Color- Any color, but especially blondes and balayage!
Cut- I love a layered look with beautifully cascading face frame!
What it's like in the chair with Hannah- I'm high energy and a good conversation person. I enjoy making my own creations, and I want every guest to be educated about what they're putting in their hair. I want them to leave my chair and know exactly how and why they're using each product and be able to share that knowledge with others! I love laughing with my guests, but most importantly, I want my guests to be excited to go home and style their hair, and to come back for another experience later!

What it’s like behind the chair with Valerie - My goal as a stylist is to listen, educate, be present and send you home with hair you’ll love for weeks to come. I love to chit chat and learn about your life, but I also understand the bliss of a silent appointment. We can always sit and chill if you just need a moment to yourself.
